What do I need to bring?
Bring about one week's worth of comfortable clothes. Laundry facilities are available. Bring any medication that you are prescribed. Bring a small amount of money ($20) if you like snacks and soft drinks.
Can I smoke?
Yes, smoking is allowed in designated areas during non-therapy times. Patients are responsible for their own supply.
How long can I expect to be in treatment?
The length of treatment varies depending on your reasons for admission and your progress toward treatment goals. The average length of stay is 10 days.
What about costs?
We are a preferred provider for most commercial insurance plans. We also accept Medicare and Tricare. You can call our assessment office and they will be glad to verify your benefits and tell you how it will be covered if your stay is authorized. For those who prefer a self-pay option, a prompt pay discount is available. Please call our assessment office to discuss your individual needs.
Can I call or visit with my family and friends?
Yes, you can make calls during most non-therapy times, but please leave cell phones at home. We ask that incoming calls be made after 5:30 p.m. Visiting is allowed on all units.
Is this confidential?
Absolutely. Rigorously enforced laws of confidentiality help protect your rights to privacy. We cannot confirm or deny your presence in our facility without your written permission.
